Auburn Aesthetics – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Auburn Aesthetics Limited (“Auburn Aesthetics“, “we”, “our”, “us”) and you, the client (“you”, “your”), when booking and receiving treatments at our clinic located inside Gymetc, Poulton-le-Fylde, UK. By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Appointments & Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be retained.
If you cancel earlier than 48 hours before, your deposit may be transferred to a future booking at our discretion.

3. Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling, with the deposit retained.
Missed appointments without notice will result in full deposit loss.

4. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
They are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date.
Expired vouchers will not be honoured.

5. Medical Conditions & Suitability

Treatments will only be carried out following a full consultation and completion of a medical history form.
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable for you.

6. Aftercare & Results

You must follow all aftercare advice given by your practitioner.
Results vary between individuals; no specific outcome is guaranteed.

7. Prices & Payments

All prices are in GBP (£) and subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of treatment.

8. Termination & Suspension of Services

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate services if:

You fail to comply with these Terms.
You engage in abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
We determine that continuing treatment is unsafe for you.

You will remain liable for any fees up to the date of termination.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any booking confirmations, form the entire agreement between you and Auburn Aesthetics and override any prior verbal or written communications.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will be displayed on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
